Founded in 1972 by Earl Beard in Crockett, Texas, Stan Ray was born from a simple idea: make durable workwear in the USA. Starting with painter pants and fatigues, the brand earned a loyal following—first among tradespeople, then among vintage collectors, especially in Japan.

While others moved production overseas, Stan Ray stayed rooted in Texas. Today, it's still family-run, with core styles made in the same factory, by many of the same hands.
