Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey to the delivery address provided at checkout.
For all orders placed before 12:00pm (GMT) on a business day (Monday to Friday), we aim to dispatch the same day, subject to payment verification and stock availability. Orders placed after 12:00pm (GMT), at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery charges may increase for larger or heavier orders where applicable.
All deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.
Please inspect your parcel before signing for delivery. If your parcel appears damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address. However, if the parcel is still in our possession, we will do our best to accommodate any requested amendments.
Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or oversold, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
Where appropriate, we may part-dispatch your order and offer you the choice of:
- Waiting for the item to be restocked
- Receiving an exchange
- Receiving a refund for the unavailable item(s)

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be included with the return.
- Items returned with strong odours, including aftershave, perfume, body spray, smoke, or similar scents, will not be accepted for return.
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as applicable.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law. Customers are entitled to a refund under their statutory rights. We may also offer the option of exchange or store credit. After 14 days, sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Gift cards
- Altered or personalised products
- Magazines
- Underwear
- Socks

We have gone paperless to help reduce our environmental impact, so we do not include printed returns forms with orders.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@uniformbuffalo.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where possible
We may request additional information to help assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be credited back to the original gift card.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Uniform Buffalo cannot accept responsibility for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit until they have been received at our returns address.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receipt, although processing times may vary during busy periods or due to payment provider delays.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Trade Description
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.
All measurements and sizing information provided are approximate and intended as a guide only.
Payment Validation
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If payment authorisation is refused, we will not be able to process or dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud prevention or security concerns are identified.
